Thanks, HCW for this week’s ad!

Rumor has it that Harris Teeter will be doing “Triples” again from April 28-May 4. This is the perfect time to use all the high value coupons you’ve been printing out.
For those of you that are new to couponing, “Triples” means that they will triple any coupon valued up to $0.99. However, the upc barcode on the coupon must begin with a number 5. If it begins with a 9, the coupon will NOT triple.
I don’t remember ever seeing a coupon for $0.99, but I’ve seen and used plenty of $0.75 coupons. Now is the time to look through all your coupons and pull out all those valued between $0.50-$0.75. The $0.50 coupons will become $1.50 and the $0.75 ones will become $2.25. That means really cheap or free items in many cases.
You will want to have these handy when you visit Harris Teeter beginning next Wednesday. Remember that you are only allowed to “triple” 20 coupons per day with your VIC card. If you have more than 20 coupons, plan on making a second trip.
I didn’t find a whole lot of goodies in the weekly flyer today but I was happy to see that they do have Green Works products on sale.
To make this sale even sweeter, you can print a $0.75 coupon which will double to $1.50 from All You.com.
As I mentioned to you yesterday, Harris Teeter has awesome weekly specials! I went back again today to use some more coupons. Tripling coupons can save you tons of money. I focus on using all my $0.75 coupons, as they are valued at $2.25 when tripled.

Rumor has it that Harris Teeter will be doing “Triples” from March 24-30.

Harris Teeter has a BUNCH of organic products on sale this week!
“All Natural” Products on Sale:
Remember to combine this sale with coupons to save even more!

Did you find any other “organic” deals this week?
Today I got a bunch of freebies at Harris Teeter. Although “organic” freebies are harder to come by compared to conventional products, remember that you can save a lot of money on everyday essentials, and then use the money you would’ve spent on them towards your “organic” foods.
Here are the things I got for free using Harris Teeter’s “Super Doubles” promotion.
2- rolls of Seventh Generation Paper Towels $2.29 each
2- Packs of 2000 Flushes Toilet Bowl Cleaner $3.99 each
1- Dawn Direct Foam Hand Soap $2.99
1- 1/2 Gallon of 8th Continent Soy Milk $2.99
2- Glade plugins warmers with refill $2.19 each
2- Packs of Kotex panty liners $1.49 each
Retail price of these items before coupons, sales, and taxes would’ve been $25.90.
By getting these items for FREE, I can use that $25.90 towards my “organic” food shopping, and not feel so bad about spending a little more than I intended too.
What things did you get for FREE this week?

Rumor has it that Harris Teeter will be doing “Super Doubles” from February 17- 23. This is the perfect time to use all the high value coupons you’ve been printing out.
For those of you that are new to couponing, “Super Doubles” means that they will double any coupon up to $1.98. However, the upc barcode on the coupon must begin with a number 5. If it begins with a 9, the coupon will NOT double.
I was there today and was thinking about buying some Muir Glen diced tomatoes. Each can costs $2.39. With the $1 coupons that I told you about recently, I will be able to get these for only $0.39 per can!!
Look through all your coupons and pull out all those valued between $1- $1.98. You will want to have these handy when you visit Harris Teeter beginning on Wednesday.
I’m glad I didn’t purchase the diced tomatoes today. I LOVE SUPER DOUBLES!!
